My attendance at Pebsham Surgery on 29 October could not have been better. My criticism would be the receptionist input prior to this date. Having been told of an earlier date for minor surgery, on attendance I was told the Receptionist had only booked me for a follow up appointment. Hence a surgery date had to be re arranged. On attending for surgery on 29 October the Receptionist could not have been better. However, I was witness to another patient having attended for surgery was told she had not been booked in by the previous Receptionist despite sending a confirmation email.

Clearly there is a problem with the administration of booking appointments by the Pebsham Receptionist. Non appointments clearly cause distress for patients given current waiting times, let alone the extra cost to NHS.

Really clean surgery & COVID safe. Receptionists so friendly & helpful too.

I saw Dr Svneeta Kocher who was. very kind and considerate and gave me very good explanations of my problem and worries and made me feel very much at ease.

Everything was fine I can think of no improvements. Well done

This is a very busy surgery, although it's a problem for all surgeries these days. The receptionists Always try really hard to get you seen as soon as they possibly can.

It would be amazing if they could possibly get someone to answer the phone when they are closed between 1pm and 2pm because, for many working people, this might be the only time they can call
